Anyone who loves Italian and need quick easy meals at home should try Bertolli Gnocchi in a Tomato Mozarella Sauce. The meal comes in a frozen bag. The sauce is frozen seperately in small chunks which are mixed in with the rest of the meal. It is about as quick and easy as it gets. You just dump the bag into a sauce pan, heat for 8-10 minutes, and serve. The quality is outstanding and is up to the quality of many restuarants. It is definately better than 95% of the frozen stuff on the market.

I am not sure of the price, but I think it was around $5 - $6 at Super Target. I have also seen them at other grocery stores around town. You can print a coupon for $2.50 off of one at the Bertolli website.

There are several other varieties that I plan to try since this one was so good!
